Band Guide

Five bands, two lengths, every level. Start light or go heavy. Your body, your bands, your pace.

How to choose

Start light if you are new to bands or training for mobility and recovery. Medium is the everyday choice for glutes, legs and core. Go heavy when squats and hip work stop feeling challenging. Short bands target the lower body; long bands add stretch, assisted pull-ups and full-body moves.

The resistance chart

Band Resistance Best for
short band - light 6 to 11 kg Warm-ups, mobility and glute activation
short band - medium 11 to 16 kg The everyday band for glutes, legs and core
short band - heavy 18 to 23 kg Squats and serious hip work
long band - light 5 to 12 kg Stretch, pilates and assisted pull-ups
long band - heavy 18 to 27 kg Full-body strength and stretch

Short bands

Your glutes will never burn like they do with these bands. You can do a full leg day workout with just one band and target the exact muscles you want to strengthen. They are also perfect for warming up the exact muscles you are targeting before weighted exercises.

Long bands

The perfect way to sculpt your upper or lower body while stretching it out. Designed for home workouts, added tension at the gym, pilates and rehabilitation. Add them to shoulder and back exercises or use them for glute kickbacks.

Fabric and care

Our fabric resistance bands are made of 55% latex, 20% polyester and 25% cotton. Non-slip, washable and vegan. Hand wash or wipe with a damp cloth; do not machine wash, so the band keeps its tension.
